When exporting full-screen still image slides from MOD 2.0, allow the ability to filter graduates being exported, so that only graduates with a message and/or photo are exported, not all graduates. This is possible when creating a slideshow video, but not when exporting them as slide PNGs. This was possible in MOD 1.0.
