A few ideas here:
Can ceremonies be listed in chronological order OR alphabetically everywhere on the site - including Ceremony List, drop downs, email templates, etc?
After saving a graduate profile, can it not revert back to Quick Search?
Can admins and admin permissions be available to sort and filter?

Thanks for these suggestions! We can certainly add sorting the views to our backlog. Regarding going back to quick search after the save. This was actually a recent intentional change made to keep users on the page when saving a new graduate record. Do you find that you're more often editing and going back to the search?

I haven't used Assistant in a few months, but my request was indeed for the graduate's record to stay open after hitting save, which it sounds like you've done. I just worded it in a confusing way - I wrote "can it NOT revert back to Quick Search." :)
