Dan Frierdich, Director, Product Management Hi Dan, thanks for following up. The ticket layouts have different information for different categories of guests that we wouldn't want to be public. For example: VIP Guests, go to this entrance at this time. Platform Party with speaking roles go here, Platform Party without speaking roles, here. The graduates themselves are not ticketed and cannot choose a ticket layout for their guests. Graduate issued guest tickets have a General Admission layout. The assignment and issuing of "special tickets" is all manual, which works for us. I'm happy to jump on a call if that would help. Special ticket holders sometimes go to the wrong entrance so we would like any scanner to be able to recognize their tickets.
