Students graduating from two or more programs at one ceremony

We have typically around 400 graduates who are being recognised for graduating from two programs during the same ceremony. We need to find an automated way that the records are combined so that both programs appear on the slide when they cross. Doing this in a manual way allows for missed data.

Hi Colleen, thanks for the feedback. This is definitely doable. I'd recommend contacting your CSM so we can adjust your display setup to include multiple programs when applicable. We can have this completed for you before the ceremony so you won't need to do the manual updates.
